Mr G’s Bar and Grill, opened in March of 2016, located within the prestigious Intercontinental Hotel Double Bay, is a New York-Inspired American grill themed around the history of Gallaghers steakhouse New York. The atmosphere is decidedly old world charm and features french styled Italian leather bench seating, breath-taking, oversized handmade European Oak bar and a back bar featuring 300 whisky brands. A custom made mosaic floor compliments the interior while American memorabilia was selected to enhance the story behind the grill. The design as created by Peter Jay Design Associates, a specialist Pub and Hotel Architect based in Sydney. The mood  is very much a Brooklyn vibe right down to the pumpkin pie and American IPA on tap.
