This New York-inspired American grill draws on the legacy of Gallagher’s Steakhouse in New York, offering an atmosphere of classic old-world charm. The venue features French-style Italian leather banquette seating, an impressive handmade European oak bar, and a back bar displaying an extensive collection of 300 whisky brands.

The custom-designed mosaic flooring adds to the sophisticated interior, while carefully selected American memorabilia reinforces the grill’s thematic narrative.

The space was designed by Peter Jay Design Associates, a specialist pub and hotel architecture firm based in Sydney. The ambience evokes the spirit of Brooklyn, complemented by menu highlights such as pumpkin pie and American IPA on tap.
