Formally known as GT’s Hotel, the venue has been artistically renovated into an authentic Irish Pub. Peter Jay Design Associates, well known Irish Pub designers and Architects were engaged to create and convert the former Thai bar into an authentic Irish Pub.

The building boasts a long association with Irish Culture being the home of the INA in Australia since 1955 and it was only natural that an Irish Pub should be built on the ground and 1st floor of this building.

Challenged with respecting a tight budget and time frame, seeking compliance and approvals as well as project managing construction on an older building not without its own issues, PJDA successfully completely a unique Irish Pub, complete with a shop within a pub, a snug, various private – covid safe seating areas and one of Sydney’s tallest back bar displays. The pub is truely a spectacular Irish Pub.
