Prior to returning to Australia in 2011, Peter was commissioned as the preferred Architect for Diageo in Japan were he played a pivotal role in establishing the Irish Pub Concept and ensuring its longevity across Asia. He has successfully completed more than 120 authentic Irish Pubs and multiple Bars, Restaurants & Cafes. He is firmly committed to creating unique and authentic venues drawing on his experience and a broad range of skills.
