Prior to returning to Australia in 2011, Peter served as the preferred architect for Diageo in Japan, where he played a pivotal role in establishing and sustaining the Irish Pub Concept throughout Asia. He has completed over 200 projects, including 120 authentic Irish pubs, bars, restaurants, and cafés. Peter remains committed to creating distinctive and authentic venues, drawing on his extensive experience and diverse skill set.
