The story of the Bogan Gate Pub is one of revival and rural charm. Nestled in the heart of the picturesque village of Bogan Gate, just 36 kilometres west of Parkes, New South Wales, this historic establishment has long served as a gathering place for locals and travellers alike.

Following a comprehensive refurbishment, the pub now welcomes guests into a warm, inviting atmosphere where the aroma of hearty meals and the clink of glasses signal a new chapter in its enduring legacy.

The transformation began when a retired Bathurst 1000 race driver and entrepreneur recognised the potential in the shuttered pub and took on the challenge of reviving it. Enlisting the expertise of Peter Jay Design Associates, the new owner set out to restore the Bogan Gate Pub to its former glory—while creating a welcoming destination for future generations.

Extensive renovations followed: all accommodation was upgraded, the outdoor terrace was expanded, and a spacious covered area was created, encouraging families to relax and enjoy weekend entertainment together. Today, the Bogan Gate Pub stands as a testament to community spirit, resilience, and the power of a shared vision.
