Founded in 2011 by Peter Jay, Peter Jay Design Associates is a network of Professionals: Architects, Designers, Artists, Builders, Business and Consulting specialists committed to working closely with organizations or individuals whose goal it is to advance their businesses through brand and operational development. At its core is an international group of creative individuals that PJDA draws from to create teams to match each specific project. PJDA is well recognized for their ability to produce successful venues whether that be in Australia or internationally. Our creative people share the same passion, which is to provide practical and profitable solutions to the changing competitive environment in which our clients do business. Our clients are diverse ranging from experienced multi-concept operators to individuals entering the F&B industry for the first time, regardless of the challenge, utilizing our unique approach and experience, is the first step to success. As such, we have a solid foundation and strong focus on F&B. Prior to returning to Australia in 2011, Peter was appointed as the preferred Architect for Diageo, parent company of Guinness, Kilkenny, Bushmills and many other international brands in Japan. He played a pivotal role in establishing the Irish Pub Concept and ensuring its longevity in Japan and other parts of Asia. He has successfully completed more that 100 authentic Irish Pubs and 100’s of other Bars, Pubs, Restaurants and Cafes. Peter was based in Tokyo for 18 years and travelled extensively through Asia, Europe and North America. He is firmly committed to creating unique and authentic venues drawing on his experience and broad range of skills.

Our services are broad and can commence with market research – feasibility analysis through to operations and beyond, our objective is perform above expectation providing a seamless link between your dream and reality at a reasonable price.
